Release Details of Little Trip, an Album from Ray

Details of Little Trip, a new music album from Ray is finally revealed along with the jacket covers. This is Ray’s third album that planned to be provided in two editions. June 8th 2016 is the scheduled date for the album to hit the stores. Total 13 tracks would be there in the album. Four songs are previously released anime soundtracks. The other songs are new.

Ray collaborates with various musicians and artists to make Little Trip. For instance, I’ve Sound group Takase Kazuya works on the music. For the lyrics, the artists who help her are including Kotoko, Mami Kawada, and Hata Aki. This album also reveals Ray ability in songwriting. One of the tracks titled “Hoshi (星)” is written by Ray herself while the music is provided by Itakura Takanori.

The most recent anime tie-up by Ray that would be included in this album is her 8th single, “a-gain”. The singe was released at February 17th 2016 that become the ending theme of AOKANA Four Rhythm Across the Blue (Ao no Kanata no Four Rhythm, AOKANA, 蒼の彼方のフォーリズム). Kisetsu no Shutter released at August 29th 2014, a double single collaboration with Nagi Yanagi as OP of OVA Ano Natsu de Matteru Special Edition
Secret Arms released at July 29th 2015 as the OP of To Love-Ru Trouble Darkness 2nd
Hajimete Girls! (初めてガールズ!) released at August 26th 2015 as the theme of Wakaba*Girl (わかば＊ガール)
For the release of this album, Ray also planned live tour RAYVE 2016~Little Trip. The four scheduled performances are dated on July 3rd 2016 at Cube Garden Sapporo, July 9th 2016 at ell FITS ALL Nagoya, July 10th 2016 at FANJ Kyoto, and the finale is on July 16th 2016 at Tsutaya O-East Tokyo.

Two editions will be available for this album. Bonus Blu-Ray will be added to the limited edition along with 64-page photo booklet.

Release date for Ray – Little Trip is scheduled on June 8th 2016.
